To live more authentically, we need to be consciously aware of our own thoughts, emotions and bodies. Emotions carry important information that help to inform our actions. They are a vital compass for our lives.
However many of us were not supported to feel and contain our emotions, so they can be overwhelming, repressed, or acted out in painful and unhealthy ways.

These core motivations drive all that you do / think / say – often unconsciously.
